Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Acceptance of your order and formation of the contract occurs once we dispatch the goods.

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and product weights or sizes may have minor variations due to the handmade nature of our items.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via secure payment providers. You must ensure your payment information is accurate and up to date. Failure to provide valid payment may result in order cancellation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value, which will be clearly communicated on the site.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your candles, but if you're not satisfied, you may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@therightnights.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty.
Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
