At The RightNights, every candle is crafted with care and shipped with love. Below you'll find important information on our delivery times, shipping rates, and how we handle your order from our studio to your space.

Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. During busier periods such as sales or holidays, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for dispatch. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier services.
Standard Delivery (2–4 business days): £3.95
Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £5.95
Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders over £40

All international orders are tracked. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on customs processes in your country. The RightNights is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply upon delivery.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
Some of our candles are made to order or offered as pre-orders. In these cases, estimated dispatch times will be listed clearly on the product page. These items may take additional time to prepare before shipment.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. For any delivery issues such as lost parcels or items damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at therightnights@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos, where applicable.
